These Terms & Conditions of Sale are concluded, on the one hand, by the company Syndicat Mixte de l’Abbaye-école de Sorèze, whose head office is located at Rue St Martin, BP90025, 81540 SOREZE, under Siret number 258 101 781 00064 hereinafter referred to as “Syndicat Mixte de l’Abbaye-école de Sorèze”, and which manages the website www.cite-de-soreze.com and, on the other hand, by any individual or legal entity wishing to proceed with a purchase via the website www.cite-de-soreze.com, hereinafter referred to as “the purchaser”.
Article 1. Purpose
These Terms & Conditions of Sale are intended to set out the contractual relationship between the Syndicat Mixte de l’Abbaye-école de Sorèze and the purchaser, along with the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website www.cite-de-soreze.com. The purchase of a product through this website implies the unreserved acceptance of these Terms & Conditions of Sale by the purchaser, which the this latter acknowledges having read prior to ordering. Before any transaction, the purchaser declares on the one hand that the purchase of products on the website www.cite-de-soreze.com is not directly related to their professional activity and is limited to a strictly personal use and on the other hand to have full legal capacity, allowing them to commit themselves under these General Terms & Conditions of Sale.
The Syndicat Mixte de l’Abbaye-école de Sorèze reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions of Sale at any time, in order to comply with any new regulations or with the aim of improving the use of its website. Therefore, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of ordering by the purchaser.
Article 2. Products
The products offered are those shown on the www.cite-de-soreze.com website of the Syndicat Mixte de l’Abbaye-école de Sorèze, while stocks last. The Syndicat Mixte de l’Abbaye-école de Sorèze reserves the right to modify the range of products at any time. Each product is presented on the website in the form of a description of its main technical characteristics. The photographs are as accurate as possible but shall not binding on the Syndicat Mixte de l’Abbaye-école de Sorèze. The sale of the products presented on the www.cite-de-soreze.com website is intended for all purchasers residing in countries that fully authorise the entry of these products into their territory.
Article 3. Prices
The prices appearing on the product sheets of the internet catalogue are given in euros (€) including all taxes, taking into account the VAT applicable on the date of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the price of the products. The prices stated do not include delivery costs, which are invoiced in addition to the price of the products purchased, depending on the total amount of the order.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the product and the rates of the delivery service providers.
Article 4. Ordering and payment methods
Prior to any order, the purchaser should create an account on the www.cite-de-soreze.com website. Upon each visit, the purchaser, if they wish to order or view their account, will have to identify themselves using this information. . The Syndicat Mixte de l’Abbaye-école de Sorèze offers the purchaser the possibility of ordering and paying for their products by credit card only.

The shipping costs are calculated and notified to the purchaser, along with the name of the carrier. If payment is accepted, the order is registered and the contract definitively formed. All payments are final. In the event of the fraudulent use of the card, the purchaser may request the cancellation of the card payment, and the sums paid will then be credited back or refunded. The holder of a bank card shall not be held liable if the disputed payment has been proven to have been made fraudulently, at a distance, without the physical use of their card. For the fraudulent debit to be reimbursed, along with any bank charges that the transaction may have generated, the cardholder must dispute the debit in writing with their bank within 70 days of the transaction, or even 120 days if the contract with the bank so provides. The amounts debited shall be reimbursed by the bank within a maximum of one month after receipt of the cardholder’s written objection. The cardholder will not be charged for any reimbursement fees.
Confirmation of an order implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions of Sale, acknowledgement of having full knowledge of them and waiver of the right to invoke one’s own terms and conditions of purchase. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will be considered as proof of the transaction. The Syndicat Mixte de l’Abbaye-école de Sorèze will send confirmation of the order registration by e-mail.

Article 5. Retention of ownership
The Syndicat Mixte de l’Abbaye-école de Sorèze shall retain full ownership of the products sold until full payment has been received, in principal, expenses and taxes included.
Article 6. Withdrawal
In accordance with article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the purchaser has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or reimbursement without penalty, with the exception of the return costs.
Article 7. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address given on the order form, which can only be within the agreed geographical area. Deliveries are made by La Poste via COLISSIMO or by Mondial Relay, a delivery service with tracking and delivery without signature. Delivery times are given for information only. If they exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be cancelled and the purchaser reimbursed. The Syndicat Mixte de l’Abbaye-école de Sorèze will be able to provide the purchaser with the tracking number of their parcel via e-mail. The risks associated with transport shall be the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the articles leave the premises of the Syndicat Mixte de l’Abbaye-école de Sorèze. The purchaser shall be required to verify the condition of the packaging of the goods and their contents on delivery in the presence of the La Poste employee or the delivery agent. In the event of damage occurring during transport, any protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery
Article 8. Guarantee
All products supplied by the Syndicat Mixte de l’Abbaye-école de Sorèze benefit from the legal guarantee provided by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to the Syndicat Mixte de l’Abbaye-école de Sorèze, which will take it back, exchange it or refund it. Any complaints, exchange or refund requests must be made by post to the following address: Cité de Sorèze, Rue St Martin BP90025 81540 SOREZE within a period of thirty days following delivery.
Article 9. Liability
In the distance selling process, the Syndicat Mixte de l’Abbaye-école de Sorèze is only bound by an obligation of means. It cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet such as loss of data, hacking, viruses, disruption of service, or other unintentional problems.
Article 10. Intellectual property

Any information concerning them shall be subject to the provisions of law n° 78-17 of 6 January 1978. In this respect, the Internet user has the right to access, modify and delete information concerning them. Article 12. Settlement of disputes
These distance selling terms and conditions shall be subject to French law. For all disputes or litigation, the competent court will be that of Toulouse.
